Brooks Wealth Management Fee Schedule
Simple, transparent, and designed so your effective rate declines as assets grow.
| Tier of Assets | Tier Fee |
|---|---|
| $0 to $1,000,000 | 1.00% |
| $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 | 0.75% |
| $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 | 0.50% |
| $10,000,000+ | 0.25% |
- $0 to $1,000,000 1.00%
- $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 0.75%
- $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 0.50%
- $10,000,000+ 0.25%
Fees are billed quarterly in advance and calculated at the household level. Each tier applies only to the assets within that tier. Advisory fees are negotiable at the firm's discretion.
Blended Tier Pricing
This is a blended tier schedule, not a single flat rate. As household assets grow, the effective rate naturally declines because higher balances are billed at lower tier rates.
Example: $4,000,000 household managed
- First $1,000,000 is billed at 1.00%
- Next $3,000,000 is billed at 0.75%
Your effective rate is the blended result of the tiers above.
How I Think About Ongoing Wealth Management
Ongoing support is not the starting point, and it is not the right fit for everyone.
Every relationship begins with financial planning. It gives us both a clear understanding of where things stand and what actually needs attention before deciding if it makes sense to keep working together.
If we do move forward, it is because there is alignment. We communicate well. We see money similarly. And we both care about making thoughtful, consistent decisions over time.
I am not trying to build the biggest firm. I am building a focused one, with people I enjoy working with and relationships that are meant to last.
No Asset Minmimum
I do not have a minimum asset requirement.
That said, not every situation is a good fit for an asset-based fee. Sometimes the real value is in the planning, decision-making, and ongoing guidance, not in managing an investment account.
For example, I may work with a young high-earning couple who is paying down student debt, thinking about buying their first home, and trying to make smart decisions early. They may not have substantial assets yet, but they still need thoughtful financial advice.
In those cases, I may structure the relationship as a fixed quarterly fee instead. The fee depends on the scope, complexity, and responsibility involved rather than a percentage of the assets being managed.
