Fee Schedule

Assets Under Management

Household Assets Annual Fee (per tier)
$0 to $1,000,0001.00%
$1,000,001 to $5,000,0000.75%
$5,000,001 to $10,000,0000.50%
$10,000,001 and above0.25%
  • $0 to $1,000,0001.00%
  • $1,000,001 to $5,000,0000.75%
  • $5,000,001 to $10,000,0000.50%
  • $10,000,001 and above0.25%

Fees are billed quarterly in advance and calculated at the household level. Each tier rate applies only to the assets within that tier. Advisory fees are negotiable at the firm's discretion.

How the blended tiers work

Each rate applies only to the portion of assets within that range. As your balance grows, your effective rate naturally declines.

Example: $1,500,000 household
  • First $1,000,000 billed at 1.00%
  • Next $500,000 billed at 0.75%

Not every situation calls for an Asset Under Management relationship.

An asset management fee structure works well for most ongoing clients, but it is not the right fit for everyone. In situations where it does not make sense, a one-time financial plan or a fixed-fee planning arrangement may be a better starting point.

These arrangements are available at my discretion, based on the complexity of the situation and what kind of help is actually needed. If you are unsure which structure fits your situation, the introductory call is the right place to start.

The fee schedule above reflects Brooks Wealth Management's standard advisory fee structure. All fees are negotiable at the firm's discretion and may vary based on the complexity of a client's situation, the scope of services provided, or other factors agreed upon in writing. Existing clients may retain previously negotiated fee arrangements as disclosed in their individual Wealth Management Agreement. The applicable fee for each client is set forth in Schedule A of their executed Wealth Management Agreement.
