Transparent Pricing

Fee Schedule No Surprises.

Simple, transparent, and designed so your effective rate declines as assets grow.

Assets Under Management Annual Fee (per tier)
$0 to $1,000,000 1.00%
$1,000,001 to $5,000,000 0.75%
$5,000,001 to $10,000,000 0.50%
$10,000,001 and above 0.25%
  • $0 to $1,000,000 1.00%
  • $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 0.75%
  • $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 0.50%
  • $10,000,001 and above 0.25%

Fees are billed quarterly in advance and calculated at the household level. Each tier applies only to the assets within that tier. Advisory fees are negotiable at the firm's discretion.

Blended Tier Pricing

This is a blended tier schedule, not a single flat rate. As household assets grow, the effective rate naturally declines because higher balances are billed at progressively lower tier rates. You never pay the higher rate on your entire balance.

Example: $4,000,000 Household
  • First $1,000,000 is billed at 1.00%
  • Next $3,000,000 is billed at 0.75%

Fees That Fit the Situation

An asset-based fee is not the right structure for every client relationship. In many cases, the real value is in the planning, the decision-making, and the ongoing guidance rather than in managing an investment account.

In those situations, I have the discretion to structure the engagement as a flat quarterly fee instead. The fee is based on the scope, complexity, and level of responsibility involved in the relationship rather than a percentage of assets. The range varies depending on the situation and is always discussed and agreed upon before any engagement begins.

A few examples of when this might apply:

Who This Often Fits
  • A young, high-earning couple focused on paying down debt, buying a home, and building smart financial habits early
  • Someone with significant human capital but not yet substantial investable assets
  • A business owner who needs comprehensive planning but manages their own investment accounts
  • A client who wants ongoing guidance and accountability without transferring assets to be managed

Flat-fee engagements are available at discretion. The structure, scope, and fee are determined together before any engagement begins.

What the Fee Covers

Whether the fee is asset-based or flat, the scope of work is comprehensive. There are no separate charges for financial planning, tax strategy conversations, or the time it takes to think through a decision with you.

Ongoing wealth management typically includes:

  • Comprehensive financial planning and annual plan updates
  • Investment management and portfolio oversight
  • Tax-aware investment strategy and coordination with your CPA
  • Retirement income planning and distribution strategy
  • Ongoing access for questions, decisions, and life changes
  • Annual review meetings and proactive outreach

Every relationship begins with a financial plan. Ongoing management is offered after we both decide it makes sense to continue working together.
