Brooks Wealth Management LLC (BWM)

I help individuals and families simplify their financial lives with coordinated, planning-first advice — built on honesty, clarity, and trust.

Why I Started Brooks Wealth Management

Financial advice should be personal, independent, and rooted in real relationships — not product pitches or corporate quotas. After years in the industry, I saw how large firms can prioritize internal sales goals over what’s best for the client. I wanted to build something better — grounded in trust, transparency, and long-term thinking.

Independent, Fiduciary Advice

As a 100% independent Registered Investment Advisory firm, I’m paid solely by clients. Every recommendation is made with one goal: to do what’s best for you. “Fee-only” means no commissions, no product kickbacks, and no third-party incentives — advice stays unbiased and aligned with your best interests.

How I Work

Discovery & Deep

We start with a structured discovery process to understand both the numbers and the people behind them. This includes your goals, concerns, values, cash flow, investments, taxes, benefits, and any upcoming decisions.
Direction Arrows
Step 01

Comprehensive Financial Plan

I review the information and build a comprehensive financial plan that connects everything together. This is where tradeoffs become clear, priorities are defined, and recommendations are made in context.

Step 02

Implementation

Once the plan is aligned, we implement decisions deliberately. This may include investment changes, tax strategies, account structure, or planning follow-through.

Step 03

Ongoing Review & Refinement

Financial lives change. Markets change. Tax rules change. We review progress regularly, update the plan as life evolves, and make adjustments when needed — keeping things efficient and intentional.

About Me

I founded Brooks Wealth Management to offer families something different: financial planning built on honesty, clarity, and trust. After starting my career at a larger advisory firm, I earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and set out to create a planning-first practice — free from quotas and sales pressure.

Faith and family are central in my life. My wife and I met at Colorado State University, where I played football, and today we live in Centennial, Colorado. Outside of work, we enjoy golf, skiing, and time outdoors.

The mission isn’t to be the biggest firm — it’s to grow thoughtfully, serve with integrity, and provide families with clarity and confidence. My long-term goal is to partner with about 100–125 families in a deeper way, ensuring each one receives the attention and care they deserve.
